New XML Conference Site

Up till now, the XML Con­fer­ence web sites have been HTML-based with no con­tent man­age­ment fea­tures. For this year, we decided to take the plunge, so we can more eas­ily add fea­tures such as RSS feeds, col­lab­or­at­ive pages, and news aggreg­a­tion from spon­sors, exhib­it­ors, and speak­ers.
