Britax makes car seats in each coun\u00adtry but when I called them they said the Cana\u00addian car seats did not meet Aus\u00adtrali\u00adan require\u00adments (hard to believe they can be all that dif\u00adfer\u00adent, I assume she meant that the car seat isn\u2019t cer\u00adti\u00adfied in both countries).<\/p>\n
Does any\u00adone know of a car seat that can be used for a big infant under the age of 1 (in Canada, that means rear-facing) in both coun\u00adtries? Or have sug\u00adges\u00adtions? When we\u2019re in Aus\u00adtralia we\u2019ll mostly be with friends rather than driv\u00ading rent\u00adals, hence the desire to take our own car seat.<\/p>\n
