I\u2019ve noticed a few of my friends have some inter\u00adest\u00ading look\u00ading apps on their pro\u00adfile pages, and figured I might try some of them out. Except for, every single one I\u2019ve looked at so far insists on get\u00adting access to my com\u00adplete pro\u00adfile. Why? I can\u00ad\u2019t ima\u00adgine why an applic\u00ada\u00adtion that pops up pic\u00adtures of cute cats needs to know where I live, for example, or why any applic\u00ada\u00adtion needs my birth\u00add\u00adate. It should be easy enough to assign some ran\u00addom iden\u00adti\u00adfi\u00ader to my account for most needs that these apps have, such as count\u00ading how many sub\u00adscribers they have.
