It went a lot quick\u00ader this year than last because two of the men had to rush off to their hockey game. We seem to have a some\u00adwhat unusu\u00adal book\u00adclub, in that there are men and women, and we try to read a wide selec\u00adtion of types of books \u2014 some old, some new, and occa\u00adsion\u00adally non-fic\u00adtion. We mostly try for books that indi\u00advidu\u00adals might not read without some incent\u00adive, or books that look like they\u2019d lead to inter\u00adest\u00ading discussions.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The basic pro\u00adcess is that every\u00adone brings 3 books which are all avail\u00adable in paper\u00adback, and that cov\u00ader a range of styles and top\u00adics. Every\u00adone presents the books they brought, say\u00ading why they chose&nbsp;them.<br>\nWe ask for vetoes (on any reas\u00adon\u00adable ground) and then every\u00adone gets 5 votes.
