My daugh\u00adter is now two, and likes some dif\u00adfer\u00adent books to the set I reviewed six months ago<\/a>, although she still likes the Boyn\u00adton books and Moth\u00ader, May I?<\/a> by Grace Mac\u00adcar\u00adone (I sus\u00adpect because it has a pic\u00adture of a truck in it, and fea\u00adtures a hug at the end). <\/p>\n

In no par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar order, we have Hand, Hand, Fin\u00adgers, Thumb<\/a> by Al Per\u00adkins and Eric Gurney, There\u2019s a Night\u00admare in My Closet<\/a> by Mer\u00adcer May\u00ader, Dog In, Cat Out<\/a> by Gil\u00adlian Rubin\u00adstein and Ann James (lots of scope for mak\u00ading up stor\u00adies about what\u2019s hap\u00adpen\u00ading in the pic\u00adtures), Waves in the Bathtub<\/a> by Eugenie Fernandes (make up your own music for the song, it will sound much bet\u00adter than the tune in the book), and Where\u2019s My Teddy?<\/a> by Jez Albor\u00adough (ours is bundled with It\u2019s the Bear!<\/a>, which gets nearly equal billing in the tod\u00addler appre\u00adci\u00adation list). These are all books my son liked as well, so chances are good that oth\u00ader tod\u00addlers will enjoy them just as much. My son did\u00adn\u2019t have Mon\u00adkey and Me<\/a> by Emily Gravett, but my daugh\u00adter likes it.<\/p>\n
