And dis\u00adcovered a bunch of 404s. Some were to sites that still exist but either reor\u00adgan\u00adized without set\u00adting up 301 redir\u00adects, or deleted the con\u00adtent I linked to. Some were to sites that don\u2019t exist any more. I guess part of the price I pay for being part of the spi\u00adder\u00adnet that is the web is mak\u00ading sure my little bit of it is reas\u00adon\u00adably tidy, so I\u2019ll be delet\u00ading dead links (though not con\u00adtent) over the next little while. This does raise the issue of the con\u00adtent in cases where I may have referred to, say, a busi\u00adness that does\u00adn\u2019t exist any more.
