I recently received spam that claimed to have lots of cred\u00adit card num\u00adbers for sale, prices vary\u00ading accord\u00ading to the issu\u00ading coun\u00adtry and how many card num\u00adbers you wanted. I went to the web site and there were lots of cards there (middle digits miss\u00ading). I checked for my card num\u00adber, which was\u00adn\u2019t there. There was no list\u00ading of Cana\u00addian cred\u00adit card num\u00adbers, so there is some\u00adthing to be said for not liv\u00ading in the neigh\u00adbour\u00adhood\u2019s biggest country.<\/p>\n<p>This is so blatant, and, unlike the phish\u00ading scams, is some\u00adthing the cred\u00adit card com\u00adpan\u00adies should be dir\u00adectly inter\u00adested in stop\u00adping since the money to cov\u00ader fraud\u00adu\u00adlent card use comes out of their profits. Unless\u2026 maybe the email was a scam, and some\u00adbody is fish\u00ading to find people who want to buy such num\u00adbers.
