I\u2019ve met with people in Van\u00adcouver for knit\u00adting after\u00adnoons, and lunches talk\u00ading about dis\u00adtrib\u00aduted pro\u00adject man\u00adage\u00adment, and figured out that right now con\u00adsult\u00ading and con\u00adtract work in pro\u00adject man\u00adage\u00adment looks to be the right thing for me to con\u00adcen\u00adtrate on (pro\u00adject man\u00adage\u00adment being a broad term that cov\u00aders a myri\u00adad of pos\u00adsib\u00adil\u00adit\u00adies). I\u2019m even read\u00ading up on some of the form\u00adal\u00adisms for pro\u00adject man\u00adage\u00adment. I did basic pro\u00adject man\u00adage\u00adment train\u00ading early in my career, but I\u2019ve mostly done what seemed to me to be the right thing without using Gantt charts and form\u00adal resource alloc\u00ada\u00adtion. Mostly it worked out pretty well, but some of the form\u00adal\u00adisms such as Scrum look inter\u00adest\u00ading.
