If you\u2019re a com\u00admit\u00adted veget\u00adari\u00adan, you can pre\u00adpare every recipe in this book. If you are a vegan, you can cook most of them. If you don\u2019t attach a title to your eat\u00ading style, you can cook everything in this book and serve it with meat, fish, or&nbsp;fowl.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The focus of this book is enjoy\u00ading cook\u00ading and enjoy\u00ading the food that is pro\u00adduced. There are no lec\u00adtures on being a veget\u00adari\u00adan; there is inform\u00ada\u00adtion on basic cook\u00ading tech\u00adniques and what vari\u00adous ingredi\u00adents are and how they work. The wide range of recipes cov\u00aders almost everything I\u2019ve ever wanted to cook (except for meat-based meals, of course). And the recipes work. They\u2019re not neces\u00adsar\u00adily quick, but the clear explan\u00ada\u00adtions ensure that the res\u00adults are worth eat\u00ading. I was look\u00ading through the book while writ\u00ading this review, and found myself temp\u00adted to make things on every page (cot\u00adtage cheese and nut\u00admeg pan\u00adcakes, any\u00adone?).
